Pilates & The Planets: COSMIC

Step inside the Planetarium for a Pilates experience unlike any other, presented by Core Theory Contrology.

Movement That Matters and SHU Discovery Science Center & Planetarium invite you to COSMIC, the first event in our Pilates & the Planets series. Move through a 45-minute all-levels mat Pilates class surrounded by immersive nebula imagery beneath the Planetarium dome, followed by a special Planetarium presentation.

Your ticket also includes a curated gift bag, with a portion of proceeds directly supporting Discovery.

Space is intentionally limited for this intimate experience. Please bring your own Pilates/yoga mat and water.

Move through the cosmos. ✨
