Join us for a summer of science fun at the Discovery Science Center! Discovery summer programs offer hands-on, interactive Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics (STEAM) programming. With everything from paleontology to culinary chemistry to simulated space missions and more, there’s something for every aspiring scientist to do and explore. Let us help your child make their next big discovery!
Starting June 26, we are offering week-long hands-on STEAM programming for kids entering grades K-8 and two-week hands-on sessions for students entering grades 9-12. Grades K-8 meet from 9am to 2:30pm (extended hours available for drop-off and pickup) and grades 9-12 meet from 2:30pm to 5:30pm.

Fees and Discounts
Please note that grades are based on the grade your child will enter in fall 2023. Program fees include a $50.00 non-refundable deposit on all programs and a $25.00 non-refundable deposit on all extended care. If you are a Discovery member, active military, or SHU employee, please contact us to get your eligible coupon codes. If you pre-registered, you should have received an email with the coupon codes for which you qualify. If you register more than one child, use coupon code 2NDCHILD23 for an extra 5% off! Coupon codes must be validated at use and may not be applied retroactively.
Meal Plan
This year, we will be offering a meal plan add-on for catered lunch boxes Monday-Thursday and Pizza Fridays! Meal plans are $50 for the week (discounted July 4th week)
